Old topic but I’m brand new to the ruuvitag and just experimenting. Not for wine but I’m using a ruuvitag to monitor and in theory control a charcuterie curing chamber. I’ve gone a step further running a rpi with node red and a mqtt that then switches temp and humidity controls via sonoffs with updated firmware. Flows are all done, its all working I just need to wire all the sonoffs… So far so good, just hope the sensor isn’t too slow on the response times with being inside an enclosure.
