We are looking for a developer to set up a RuuviTag + Raspberry Pi 4 gateway for use with a new application for environmental monitoring. Applications include cigar humidor sensor, wine humidor sensor, greenhouse sensor.

There are some examples that almost do what you want if you google (e.g. https://blog.ruuvi.com/rpi-gateway-6e4a5b676510) that might work as a staring point for a non developer. If you are going to make a product you might consider ESP32 as gateway plattform instead of Raspberry Pi to lover the cost.
