I have been using Ruuvi-sensors to track if the local Saunas are hot or not and also the trend of this.
Suddenly I cannot see any data anymore. Som local debugging shows if I ask for data from 21hs ago (since=1761221746&until=1761308146)
I get measurements but when I query with the correct (according to my clock and ChatGPT) (since=1761298145&until=1761308945)
Do we need to wake up someone or what am I doning wrong?
…now with the continued support from my dear friend ChatGPT I realized that the culprit is my Gateway apparently. I will have to ta the car and configure NTP/clock for my gateway. The gateway is responsible for the timestamp apparently….hope I remember the account and PW of the gateway.
Make sure your firewall is not blocking access for Ruuvi Gateway to fetch NTP from Ruuvi Cloud. Otherwise, Ruuvi Gateway can be configured as per your requirements using the Gateway Setup Wizard.
You will find specific NTP settings in Ruuvi Gateway configuration.
Activate Ruuvi Gateway configuration Wi-Fi hotspot by pressing the keyhole button at the back of your Ruuvi Gateway briefly with paperclip.
Connect to Wi-Fi network Configure RuuviGateway XXXX on your device, a browser window with Ruuvi Gateway Setup wizard will open. If it doesn’t open automatically, open your browser, add 10.10.0.1 to your address bar and press enter to open setup wizard.
In Ruuvi Gateway Setup wizard, tap on Next until you arrive to Cloud Options page. Here you will need to select Use Ruuvi Cloud and/or a custom server and configure other advanced settings under Advanced in order to see the NTP settings later.
Configure the custom server settings as needed and continue with Next.
You will arrive to Time Synchronization options page, where NTP settings can be configured.
Tap on Next to complete and save the configuration on your Gateway
The configuration Wi-Fi hotspot will be deactivated and Gateway reboots to use the new configuration
