Eclipse Kura provides a new set of Drivers for the Kura Wires framework that supports BLE Eddystone protocol.
Here is a tutorial (that will be integrated soon in to the official documentation) on gathering environmental data from a RuuviTag+ using Kura and the new Eddystone driver.

The first link was the pre-release documentation and actually it is broken. Try the official one here
