Synkronointi ei toimi aina yhdellä tagilla

Minulla on 4 RuuviTagia, joissa uusimmat firmwaret päivitettynä.
Ostin kaksi uutta ennen Joulua ja toinen niistä ei synkronoidu jos synkronointien välillä on pidempi aika. Onko se viikko vai kaksi, mutta ongelma vain yhdessa Tagissa. Puhelimena Android.

Bluetooth-lataus: noin 1350 asti menee nopeasti, vaihtelee molempiin suuntiin joka yrityksellä, ja sitten numero ei kasva ollenkaan.
X:stä painamalla tulee “Ei yhteyttä”

Kolmessa muussa sama että numero on hyvin nopeasti nelinumeroinen, mutta sen jälkeen latailee hitaasti mutta varmasti ja numero kasvaa. Tämä yksikin on sellainen että päivän välein jos synkronoi niin tuntuu toimivan.

Jos anturin laiteohjelmisto on ajan tasalla niin kyseessä voi olla jokin muu juttu. Onko taloudessasi iOS-laitetta jossa Ruuvi Station ja kyseinen anturi paritettuna?

Muistelen tällaisia tapauksia tulleen vastaan joskus toisinaan, silloin tuo jumiutuminen tapahtui mittausjärjestysnumeron yläpäässä, jossain 50xxx kohdalla. Tässä voisi olla samankaltainen tilanne.

Kaikissa Tageissa on sama firmis, v3.31.1+default, uusin minkä löytää.

En ole parittanut tuota tagia mihinkään muualle, ainoastaan yhteen Android puhelimeen. Ja minulla on vain Tageja, ei muita Ruuvin tuotteita. Pariston kun käyttää irti niin alkaa toimimaan, mutta siinä menettää sen lataamattoman historian.

RuuviTag kokeilee erilaisia yhteysasetuksia, puolen minuutin jälkeen tag vaihtaa mahdollisimman luotettavaan moodiin joka tosin käyttää myös enemmän paristoa. Synkronoituuko RuuviTag järkevällä nopeudella jos odotat hetken?

If the sensor’s firmware is up to date, it could be something else. Is there an iOS device in your household with Ruuvi Station and the sensor in question paired?

I remember coming across such cases once in a while, then that freeze happened at the top end of the measurement sequence number, somewhere around 50xxx. There could be a similar situation here.

OH7RX:All Tags have the same firmware, v3.31.1+default, the latest you can find.

I have not paired that tag anywhere else, only to one Android phone. And I only have Tags, not other Ruuvi products. When you remove the battery, it starts to work, but you lose its uncharged history.

Otso: RuuviTag tries different connection settings, after half a minute the tag switches to the most reliable mode, which also uses more battery. Does RuuviTag sync at a reasonable speed if you wait a while?

Kokeilin taas kun pariston irroittamisesta kulunut noin 6 päivää. Lataus jää numeroon 1330 eikä ole nyt 4 minuuttin numero kasvanut.

Voisikohan kyseessä olevan viallinen yksilö, kun samassa lähetyksessä tuli täysin toimiva yksilö, joka toimii yhtä luotettettavasti kuin nuo 2 vanhempaa.

4 minuuttia on liian pitkään olla jumissa, erikoista että toimii eri tavalla kuin toinen tag. Sinänsä sellaista vikaa että Bluetooth-yhteys katkeaa puolivälissä yhdellä tagilla ei oikein pitäisi voida päästä syntymään.

Onko ongelmatag kaukana tai jonkin radiohäiriölähteen lähellä, esimerkiksi WiFi-reitittimen vieressä? Onko molemmissa tageissa “säilytä yhteys” päällä tai pois päältä?

Olen kokeillut näitä niin että kaksi uutta ja yksi vanhempi ovat vierekkäin, ja vaihtanut paikkaa. Anturi on kuitenkin kokeiltu myös paikassa missä kaksi muuta tagia toimii luotettavasti.
Kaikissa näyttää lähetystehoksi 4dBm ja RSSI vaihtelee samalla tavalla -45 dBm +/- 5 dBm. Kauempana toki toimii ihan yhtä hyvin vaikka olisi -80 dBm, että ei ole mitenkään rajoilla tuo kuuluvuus.

“säilytä yhteys” valinta taitaa olla vain Applen tuotteissa, en sellaista Androidista löytänyt?

Additional response from OH7RX : I tried again when about 6 days had passed since I removed the battery. The download remains at the number 1330 and the 4-minute number has not increased.

Could it be a defective specimen, when in the same shipment there was a fully functional specimen that works as reliably as the 2 parents.

Otso replied: 4 minutes is too long to be stuck, it’s special that it works differently than the other tag. In itself, such a problem that the Bluetooth connection breaks halfway with one tag should not really be possible.

Is the problem tag far away or near a source of radio interference, for example next to a WiFi router? Is “keep connected” on or off in both tags?

OH7RX added: I’ve tried these so that the two new ones and one older one are next to each other, and switched places. However, the sensor has also been tested in a place where the other two tags work reliably.
In all of them, the transmission power appears to be 4dBm and the RSSI varies in the same way -45 dBm +/- 5 dBm. Farther away, of course, it works just as well even if it’s -80 dBm, so it’s not at the limit.

The “keep connection” option seems to only be in Apple products, I couldn’t find one in Android?
