I have Consumer Pro subscribtion and Android widgets does not update automatically until I press refresh icon manually. Temperatures has been updated automatically to widgets before early 2024.
I already checked that sensors are up to date, tried 2 different phones and cleared cache and data on ruuvi tag app. Also setting should be right. Anyway it seems that ruuvi station is updating normally at PC and alarms are working also okay. Any help?

Have you checked your battery optimisations regarding app background use?
On latest Samsung Android phones you should go to Settings → Apps → Ruuvi Station → Battery and select Unrestricted.
Widgets attempt an update from Ruuvi Cloud with 5 minute interval. For local Bluetooth updates, you need to have background scanning enabled.
