Käytössä on useampia RuuviTagjä ja pari Ruuvi GW palikkaa. Yksi RuuviTag tippuu jatkuvasti pois pelistä. 6 muuta toimivat täysin normaalisti kuten pitääkin toimia. Ongelmatapauksen asennuspaikka ei ole mitenkään haastava verrattuna muiden antureiden asennuspaikkoihin.
Kun RuuviTag:in resetoi piirilevyn kautta niin HA löytää sen, hukatakseen sen hetken päästä. RuuviTag tulee listattuna BLE yhteyden kautta.
Missähän mahtaa olla vika? Jotenkin herää epäilys että kyseinen anturi olisi vikaantunut syystä tai toisesta.

Kyseinen anturi on hiukan kauempana mutta saan kuvan viikon päästä kun pääsen paikalle. Patteri on tosiaan uusi mallia Ruuvi, eli sekään ei selitä käyttäytymistä. Mutta tosiaan… laitetaan kuvaa tulemaan.

Unless the sensor’s battery is dead, this sounds like some kind of fault. Could you remove the sensor from its protective casing, take detailed close-up photos of the circuit board, and send us a message at tuki@ruuvi.com so we can investigate the matter further?
That particular sensor is a bit further away, but I’ll get a photo in a week when I can get there. The battery is indeed a new Ruuvi model, so that doesn’t explain the behavior either. But anyway… send a photo over.
