Hi. My iPhone did not connect to one of my tags, so I changed the battery to a new one. The tag got connected and everything was fine - 24h later the connection is off again… Any hints on what I could do to get it up and running again?

Are you running the factory firmware or something else? Does the green led blink on tag?

Sounds like the battery would get drained really quickly for some reason. Can you check that the 1-day old battery is empty, for example try to enter bootloader with these instructions lab.ruuvi.com/dfu? If the tag doesn’t stay on we have confirmed this is issue with too fast battery drain and you can contact sales@ruuvi.com for a warranty replacement.

Sounds like there’s a problem with the tag, please contact sales@ruuvi.com, link this post and they’ll take it from there.
