Ruuvi tag cannot be found on bluetooth

Hi,

I have quite old ruuvi tag. It has the B and R buttons.
Recently I had it outside and its battery ran out and it was offline few weeks.
Now when I changed its battery, it cannot be found on bluetooth. I have tried via Ruuvi Station app and the nRF connect but both apps seem not to find that tag.

I have many other tags and these can be found but this one tag seems to have some issues with bluetooth.
It blinks the dim green light regularly so it seems to have power and is transmitting.
Is there anything else to try here?

Hi @mitiih ,

Sorry for troubles. If this sensor has been outdoors, there can be a possibility that some condensation may have gotten on the circuit board. Please take the sensor out from the protective case, take clear closeup photo of the circuit board and send us email at support@ruuvi.com and we can help troubleshoot.
