Hi, today i wanted to sync data from my Tag outdoor since yesterday but it didnt sync older data (it told me syncing but no old data was transferred).
So i had an straight line from old to new data.
Then i deleted my local stored data with the idea it would sync the total history again but unfortunately it didnt.
What could be the issue?
Anyway to force the sync?
The history is lost if tag reboots. How long the tag has been running on same battery? Towards the end of the battery runtime tag usually works just fine until history is loaded, then the radio traffic to sync history stresses the battery causing reboot.
If the tag is new first thing to check is the condition of tag. Sometimes birds like to peck out the water proof film and rain water can get in, draining the battery.

I got an battery notification and the temperature was really low lately.
I will change the battery soon.
