This board apparently covers all the issues of utilising my ruuvitags as a BT tag collector, database, graphical display and cellular server with for example a Hologram SIM.
Anyone else interested in this?

Do you mean Orange Pi 4G-IoT? They look very interesting please let us know how it goes if you decide to set one up 
I was thinking the 3g, should I be thinking 4g?
3G is probably just fine, I only found 2G and 4G on a quick search
