A couple months ago I purchased 5 sensors for my RV. All worked well initially, but one of the sensors has stopped reporting temperatures correctly. When I move it from a 70 degree F room into a 38 degree F refrigerator, it reads about 64 degrees (after 12 hours). When I move it to an 85 degree environment, it still reads 64 degrees. There is a slight variation in readings, of maybe 2-3 degrees when subjected to almost 50 degrees in temperature differences.
It seems to be reporting regularly, so the problem seems to be the temp sensor.
How can I get this sensor replaced? I assume it’s under warranty.
