Low battery warning on Cerbo GX at 2.95v

Hello, I get very annoying low battery warnings on my Cerbo GX, showing the battery still has 2.95V. How can I correct this?

Best,

Frank

To be specific, the Ruuvi still has 2.95V

Hi @Frank ,

Thanks for your message. This alert comes from the Victron integration for RuuviTags so the low battery warning limits are set in the code.

Here is a recent topic about this exact case on Victron Q&A forum: Ruuvitag low battery warnings disable - Q&A and troubleshooting - Victron Community

I suggest to write comment to this topic, so Victron will know to improve this experience in the next version update.

What Ruuvi Station app is showing as a voltage? Note that you cannot measure voltage with multimeter as it’s not showing correct value (needs to be measured under load).

It now shows 3,052V. I had to disconnect it from the Cerbo, as it continues to show alarms.

Where and how do you check the voltage?

In the Ruuvi App.
