Hi - I can see my Ruuvi gateway named sensors & can see current data in the app but the Ruuvi web ‘compare sensors’ seemS to have stopped working about 2 weeks ago!
I may have answered my own query as the app seems to be showing Bluetooth rather than Ruuvi gateway - so I guess it’s a gateway issue … did something change around 24 March??
Thanks for your message. Indeed, if your Ruuvi Gateway was offline, you will not have history data available in Ruuvi Station web app.
Try to restart your Ruuvi Gateway as the first step by disconnecting the USB-power cable and reconnecting it. After restart, the LED indicator next to power port should turn to solid green if connection was successful.
If Ruuvi Station web app is now able to receive new data points then the issue was likely with Ruuvi Gateway connection to internet.
If you don’t see history data in Ruuvi Station web app then check your Ruuvi Cloud subscription status. To do this, go to top right corner to profile settings and open My Ruuvi Account. If your subscription is set to Free, then history data is not available and comparison cannot be used. More information about Ruuvi Cloud subscriptions can be found here: https://cloud.ruuvi.com .
