can you just read the internal log data via app and then send via .cvs file ?

Yes you can read the log vi the ruuviStation app and send it as a csv file.

I think it is rolling 10 days, is there coming a feature where user can extend storage period? Or automated CVS creation and sen process?
We do not have automated processing in the roadmap, but Ruuvi Gateway + Ruuvi Cloud can hold history data for longer periods of time
