Just received my ruuvitags and I would like to get two of my tags to brodcast to bypassers. Is there a way to get the device to tell weather to bypassers without them having ruuvistation installed on their phone?

We used to have an Eddystone URL mode which did exactly that. Google removed all Eddystone popups because they were seen as spammy.
There’s no way to push popups to passerby’s who don’t have an app installed as far as I know
