Gateway not communicating with Ruuvi Cloud (ESP_ERR_MBEDTLS_SSL_HANDSHAKE_FAILED)

My Ruuvi Gateway stop updating the cloud. So I logged on over ethernet to the gateway.
When trying to check firmware or connect to cloud I get:

Failed to retrieve JSON file containing firmware update information.

Network error when communicating with the server, err=32794, description=ESP_ERR_MBEDTLS_SSL_HANDSHAKE_FAILED

Hi @virot , there are few possible reasons for this error

Temporary error if update was tried before time synchronization occurred, or

  1. Time synchronization is disabled or prohibited on the router
  2. Too old Gateway firmware with obsolete certificates

Check the LED light (under USB power port) against LED indications chart to see what status is reported: LED indicators in Ruuvi Gateway - Ruuvi

Possibly restart Ruuvi Gateway and see if light changes to green.
