I have Ruuvitags that are inside concrete (Put them there a few years ago). I have done external power to them so the battery is not a problem but is there any way to update them without pushing r+b to get into update mode since I cant reach them physically. Any ideas how this should be done?

All current official Ruuvi Firmwares require physical access to enter update mode, so I’m afraid there’s no solution for you. We may add unique passcode per tag to allow contactless updates later, but that won’t help with units that are already cast in concrete.
What a shame so no hackers that have come up with any way to work around this
