Hi, I set owner for all my tags to connect them to Ruuvi gateway. Thereafter I took one tag to a place outside gw connection. Once I go near the tag and try to sync it from Ruuvi app, it connects but does not sync. Is this a feature or a bug?
Hey! Check your sensor firmware version (it can be done from sensor settings). If version is less than 3.30.4 then it’s probably a problem with firmware and you need to update it to latest version.
