DFU firmware update failed

I’m trying to do DFU as per instructions but the process keeps failing.

  • I’m using nRF Connect Android
  • Connect to RuuviBoot
  • DFU eddystone / weather station zip packet ->Initializing → Starting → sending up to 20% then DISCONNECTED

any advise?

Sometimes the NRF mobile app can become “stuck” in invalid state. Please shutdown the nRF Connect and bluetooth on your phone and try again. You might also need to remove and reinsert battery in RuuviTag

Hi,

Restarted phone and ruuvitag, and tried another ruuvitag, still same error. I’ll try to find another phone to test

EDIT: Tested with another phone and DFU worked…
