Windows 11 machine - can’t connect to gateway. Have done it previously at different location. All sensors were displayed properly. Data still displays date of last connection of 9 April 2026. Not connecting now.
Have reset the gateway. now have green indicator flashing with intermittent red flash. Your instruction should explain what this means. They do not.

After you reset Ruuvi Gateway to factory settings the Gateway has no configuration to connect to internet, which means you will next need to decide which method you want to use to connect, either Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi connection. It’s likely best to start from the beginning and do a factory reset again, so you will need a paperclip or similar to access keyhole button that is located next to USB-power port in your Ruuvi Gateway. Here are the short instructions to get connected.
Method 1: Connect with Ethernet (recommended)
Disconnect Ethernet cable from Ruuvi Gateway (if not already disconnected)
Push the keyhole button and keep it down for 10 seconds until LED indicator light flashes red, release button.
Reattach Ethernet cable and wait for few seconds, connection should be established automatically and LED indicator will turn to solid green to indicate successful connection.
For this method you will need to press WPS button on your Wi-Fi router to activate WPS mode. Check instructions for your specific Wi-Fi router model for activation.
Disconnect Ethernet cable from Ruuvi Gateway (if not already disconnected)
Push the keyhole button and keep it down for 10 seconds until LED indicator light flashes red, release button.
Press WPS button on your Wi-Fi router, connection should be established automatically in few seconds and LED indicator will turn to solid green to indicate successful connection.
