How to cancel the registration and remove all products from the account?
My previously owned products have now a new owner.

Easiest way to do this is to unclaimed all devices on old account if you still have a device signed in and reclaim them on new account.
If you do not have any access to old account, send an email to otso@ruuvi.com with old and new email addresses and we’ll take it from there. It will take a while to verify that you had the ownership of the old account but transfer can be done manually
