Can you see this icon if close to your weather station? I can’t. However, it’s visible with many other nearby URLs. Is our metadata 100% correct on ruu.vi/#xxxxxxxx ?
I can’t see that icon, though I don’t remember ever seeing that icon anywhere with anything else either. 
The notification itself does show up properly when the notification drawer is pulled down though.
I can’t see this icon, however my phone has MIUI and generally doesn’t show notification app icons at the top bar, but I get the notification at the notification list.
