We bought the item (as written on the invoice) below about 5 months ago.

RuuviTag - Wireless Temperature Sensor (3-in-1)

We are wondering how we can access the Wirepas network details for these tags. Can we get more information on these? I can provide the invoice number as well if that’d be useful.

Hello Mehmetc,

RuuviTags don’t support Wiretaps by default, Wirepas support requires a custom firmware.
Did you buy our Wirepas evaluation kit https://ruuvi.com/products/wirepas-mesh-development-kit/ or something else?
