Although I frequently run multiple hcidump commands I have not seen this problem.

`ps -el|grep hci # display any processes running Blue Tooth stuff (hopefully)`

Can you find any errors in /var/log ?

`grep ' RuuviCollector' /var/log/*log |tail -100`

What is you skill level? linux, influx

Perhaps displaying the exact data stored in the influx database might provide some clues:
`influx -precision rfc3339 -database ruuvi -execute "select mac, temperature from ruuvi_measurements where temperature < 20 group by mac limit 50"`
