I wasn’t able to find my ruuvi tag through ble, Strange thing was that the controller seemed to boot fine (green led was flashing)

After removing it, everything seems to works fine.

We have already contacted the factory to find out how this unit got shipped in the first place. Probably just a human error because every device is tested (also the radio) during the assembly.
